Train movement for mainline and mass transportation is managed, controlled, and supervised by EBI Screen central traffic control centre systems over a vast geographic area. On computer monitors that display the current train routes, point locations, signal characteristics, and train positioning, traffic controllers can monitor the movement of trains. The system is adaptable, with an open interface to peripherals like passenger information displays (PIDs), public announcements (PA), ticketing machines, power supplies, SCADA, CCTV, and radio communication.

It is capable of managing mixed traffic environments with high-speed, freight, and commuter traffic.
